Once a purebred racer, this 1950s track bike spent its early years cutting through banked turns, chasing speed with no brakes, no distractions—just legs, lungs, and the roar of the velodrome. Now retired from racing, it’s been outfitted with a brake and a water bottle, a nod to the long, cold miles of winter training, where endurance matters more than speed, and the ride is its own reward.

This hand-pulled screenprint, bold in black ink on brown printmaking paper, captures the essence of a machine built for discipline and transformation.

7x5” print, matted to 10x8”, ready to frame
Printed on Stonehenge Kraft, adding depth and warmth

A tribute to the beauty of the ride—fast or slow, past or present.
