This Rollfast Space Racer was built in the 1950's The Space Racer and I are on the lower right. This picture is from a NYC Critical Mass ride. I used to ride it alot. It's such a cool bike.

This piece is an exciting experiment. After seeing the show at the Guggenheim, I can not stop thinking about Alex Katz's early work. I'm using the Space Racer to make a piece inspired by his Ada Ada.
