I saw some works made from old posters with cool fonts. Cutting them into smallish pieces and making an abstract pattern with the color and shape of the type. It inspired me to cut up some of the discarded prints and make similar collages. They look great and have a mid century modern feel. It’s interesting to see the color like that.
