Thinking about the artist Egon Schiele. I had wanted to make pieces inspired by his drawings. Starting with a black crayon, very shapey, continuing with watercolor, gouache, ink and cutting in with opaque white on brown paper. It took awhile to get into it, I’m happy with these.
