Dave rolled for half an hour before I made dinner. I had a false start, trying to make a ballpoint pen drawing for a pronto plate litho. it just didnt work out. i went back to this sketch i had started the day before. It is still more about exporing possiblity than what physically came out .

funny that though this is a clumsy sketch I can still get a good feeling of Dave's likeness.
