I'm super happy with this new group of prints.
This idea is something I've been working with since 2008.
Layering bike silhouettes into a jumble.
It started as relief prints with the bikes cut out of rubber and applied stamp like
until I got what I wanted. Now they are screenprints with the bikes in bold black and white.

I didn't know what to call these.

They happen while working on  Colorful Row prints

From now forward, let them be known as Trifles. They are printed on nice printmaking paper.

This set is a new bigger size and in black and white. It's a group of monoprints.

The Bleriot is my everyday bike, it is also for some longer rides.
It's actually blue, just orange for this print.

I love this bike. It's a B&H, the Spanish brand.
It looks ancient and very girly. The actual bike has fender holes for a skirt lacing.
It has decals of old timey track racers and a flip flop hub with one side fixed.
